Nepean Knights Conditioning Sessions and Training Camps, 2007

The Nepean Knights are once again offering Conditioning and Training Camp Sessions for new and returning players. The total cost for both camps is $40.

The camps are open to Midget aged players and up (15 to 21 yr. olds)

The conditioning sessions will be held at the Algonquin College Field Complex, at the following times:

Conditioning Camp: 

Algonquin College Field Complex, 1385 Woodroffe Avenue

• Saturday March 24 from 8:30 – 9:30 pm
• Saturday March 31 from 8:30 – 9:30 pm
• Saturday April 7 from 8:30 – 9:30 pm
• Saturday April 14 from 8:30 – 9:30 pm
  

Training Camp will begin after the conditioning sessions at the Merivale Arena:

Training Camp:   Merivale Arena 1765 Merivale Rd., Nepean  

• Tuesday April 17 from 9:00 – 11:00 pm

• Wednesday April 18 from 8:00 – 10:00 pm

• Thursday April 19 from 9:00 –11:00 pm

• Tuesday April 24 from 9:00 – 10:30 pm

• Wednesday April 25 from 8:00 – 10:00 pm

• Thursday April 26 from 9:00 –10:30 pm

Regular practices   Merivale Arena every Tuesday & Thursday @ 9 to 10:30 pm beginning April 25th & 27th.

You will need to sign an insurance waiver before participating (players under 18 years of age must bring their parents the first night to sign the appropriate form).
