Nepean Knights Conditioning Sessions and Training Camps, 2007

The Nepean Knights are once again offering Conditioning and Training Camp Sessions for new and returning players. The total cost for both camps is $40.

The camps are open to Midget aged players and up (15 to 21 yr. olds)

The conditioning sessions will be held at the Algonquin College Field Complex, at the following times:

Conditioning Camp: 

Algonquin College Field Complex, 1385 Woodroffe Avenue

Saturday	March 24	8:30 – 9:30 pm
Saturday	March 31	8:30 – 9:30 pm
Saturday	April 7	8:30 – 9:30 pm	CANCELLED
Saturday	April 14	8:30 – 9:30 pm

 

Training Camp will begin after the conditioning sessions at the Merivale Arena:

Training Camp:   Merivale Arena 1765 Merivale Rd., Nepean  

Tuesday	April 17	9:00 – 11:00 pm
Wednesday	April 18	8:00 – 10:00 pm
Thursday	April 19	9:00 – 11:00 pm
Tuesday	April 24	9:00 – 10:30 pm
Wednesday	April 25	8:00 – 10:00 pm

 

Regular practices   Merivale Arena every Tuesday & Thursday @ 9 to 10:30 pm beginning Thursday April 26th .

You will need to sign an insurance waiver before participating (players under 18 years of age must bring their parents the first night to sign the appropriate form).
