Banquet Information
The Knights Year End Banquet will be held at 8 pm on Tuesday July 27 at Merivale Kelsey's.
Players, coaching staff and volunteers will be contacted with more details.

Tryout Schedule Info
Tryouts start April 2 at the Carleton University Field House, 8 p.m. Full equipment. Please e-mail Coach Dan Leduc (danleduc@rogers.com) if you are unable to attend.

Pre-Season Gym Sessions
Interested players are invited to attend pre-season gym sessions on the following dates:
Saturday March 6, 13, 20 & 27 ........ 8 to 9 pm
These will be held at the Nepean Sportsplex Gymnasium. Cost is $35, to be paid at the first session. For insurance purposes players must have been carded with the OLA (either minor or Junior) in 2003. Sticks, gloves, helmets and running shoes.
Knights Announce Combined Intermediate and Junior Program
This year, the Nepean Knights Jr B Lacrosse Club will be running a pilot program to include Intermediate competitive lacrosse players in Jr B Club activities, something like a Junior Varsity team.
Tryout and information sessions begin in March, don't miss them!!!
