2005 Nepean Knights Team Awards
The Nepean Knights are pleased to announce that the Team Awards for 2005 have been made. Among the many honours handed out are the Most Valuable Player award to Brad Conlon (G) and the Rookie of the Year award to Jordan Joncas. Congratulations to all Knights for these awards and for the great season.

2005 Assistant Coaches
The Nepean Knights are pleased to announce that the coaching staff for the 2005 season has been established. Joining Dean Joncas (head coach) will be Bryden Denyes (assistant coach); Jason Lacroix (assistant coach); and Fred O'Toole (assistant coach).
Nepean Knights Conditioning Sessions
The Nepean Knights conditioning sessions begin March 15, 2005.
Head Coaching Announcement
The Nepean Knights are pleased to announce Dean Joncas as their new Head Coach. Dean played junior lacrosse in Cornwall and more recently coached the Ottawa Nemisis U19 Field Lacrosse Team. Further details to follow.
Skills Camp 2005
The Nepean Knights are pleased to announce their upcoming Skills Camps for young lacrosse players. The Skills Camps are offered in two different sessions, with Saturday April 16, 2005 devoted to players Peanut to Novice age and Sunday April 17, 2005 reserved for Novice to Bantam age players. Further information is available and registration is by mail, using the form provided.
Knights Affiliate with Ottawa Titans Junior "A"
The Nepean Knights are pleased to announce their affiliation with the Ottawa Titans Junior "A" Lacrosse Club for the 2005 season. The affiliation between the two teams is an important step towards ensuring the development of Nepean Knights' players as well as helping to create a successful season for the Ottawa Titans at the Junior "A" level. The amount of cooperation between the two clubs has been significant leading up to this affiliation and will lead to two successful lacrosse clubs in the years to come.
