The Knights opened the 2010 season with a hard fought win over their cross town rivals, the Gloucester Griffins.  The two teams looked evenly matched over most of the game, with Nepean leading at the end of one period 3-1.  The teams were tied 4-4 at the end of two and the Knights eked out a win by a score of 7-6.  Graham Murray was the Knights player of the game.  Other players of note include goaltender Joe Tallis, Connor Buchanan with three goals, JP Kealey with his first Junior goal and Brian Taylor with a good defensive game.   The Knights take on Huntsville Saturday May 1st at Barbara Ann Scott Arena.  Come out and cheer for your Nepean Knights.
